The Value of a Regular Hatha Yoga Practice

Yoga is one of the six orthodox systems of Indian philosophy. It was collated, co-ordinated and systemised by Patanjali in his classical work, the Yoga Sutras. The "Yoga Sutras of Patanjali" describes the eight limbs or stages of yoga. The third stage is the stage of practicing Asana which means posture. Through the practice of Asana one begins to cultivate the highest level of health and well being.
