SLOW FLOW YOGA

Instructor: Clare Ogilvie

10:00am-11:15am (all levels)

Slow Flow Yoga is a gentle, low-impact style of Vinyasa that combines mindful movement, longer-held postures, and breath-centered transitions. Moving at an unhurried pace gives you time to explore each pose, find proper alignment, and develop stable, functional strength.

Each movement is coordinated with the breath, creating a steady rhythm that supports both physical and mental relaxation. Poses are held for several breath cycles, allowing you to gradually improve flexibility, balance, mobility, and body awareness. With accessible movements and an emphasis on smooth, deliberate transitions, Slow Flow is appropriate for beginners, those experiencing everyday stiffness or tightness, and anyone looking for a mindful practice to reduce stress, move their body, and quiet the mind

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Instructor: Clare Ogilvie ( requires reservation call or text 831-332-0760 by the Saturday evening before the class)

9:30 am–10:45 am

Restorative Yoga is an intentionally slow and deeply nourishing practice designed to give your body and nervous system the space to truly rest. Using bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps, each pose is fully supported and held for 5–10 minutes, allowing the body to soften, release tension, and move toward a state of deep relaxation.

Through conscious breathing, mindfulness, and supported stillness, this practice creates an opportunity to step out of the demands of everyday life and reconnect with yourself. Restorative Yoga can help calm the nervous system, ease muscular tension, reduce stress, support restful sleep, and replenish your energy. Accessible to all levels, this is a practice of slowing down, receiving, and remembering that rest is an essential part of healing and restoration.
